Here at Cafe Yoga our whole brand is centred around delivering exactly that. ​Whether that's with a simple cup of coffee, a yoga class or a creative workshop, you can be sure to leave us with a renewed sense of serenity and wellbeing.

Coming up next term, we have lots of exciting events planned. We'll be kicking off with a "Matcha & Mood Board" Pop Up in early January so you can capture your thoughts and aspirations for 2026. Plus a Rest & Restore Yoga Workshop, a TRE Yoga Pop Up, Needle Felting Workshop and of course our popular Singing Bowl Sound Bath Experiences.​

Cafe Yoga is designed to offer you a slice of sanctuary. With our neutral decor and calm, welcoming atmosphere, we aspire to create a place where you can feel instantly soothed.
​
Come and feed your soul - if that's just quite literally with coffee and cake then we have you covered! But we also offer yoga and a wide range of creative workshops and performance events to enhance your feeling of wellbeing.
CLASSES
We have lots of classes to choose from - including Yoga for Beginners, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga to Relax & Unwind and Yoga to Stretch & Reset.

Buy 1 class for £15 or buy a 3, 6 or 10 class pass for better value. Don't forget you can mix and match classes and book sessions right up to the end of the year.
CAFE
Serene setting both inside the cafe or outside in the Peace Garden. It's the perfect place to carve out some downtime and regain your sense of calm.
We serve award-winning Dark Woods Coffee, delicious pastries, cakes and brownies, along with soups, salads, sandwiches and savoury bites to eat in or take away.

CREATIVE EVENTS
Check out the "Make A Booking" Page for our ever-evolving creative events at Cafe Yoga. This term they include watercolour painting, sound baths and wreath making. Just let us know if there's something you'd like to see hosted.
